What I do — and how I do it
I work alone, but not in isolation. I identify what your business needs, design it, and when it's time to execute, I do it myself directly or coordinate the right specialists — hired by me or directly by you, whichever makes more sense for the project. I never sell hours from people you don't know.
Diagnosis and strategy
A free initial audit and, if we move forward, an honest diagnosis of where your business stands and what it needs to grow with order. No crystal ball: a full map of people, processes, tools and real bottlenecks.
Systems, ERP and applied AI
Design and implementation of management systems (Odoo and similar), process automation and AI agents applied to concrete business tasks — quoting, data analysis, customer service, back office. When a project requires specialized software architecture or backend development, I quote it as a separate line item and it's subcontracted to an external technical team, hired by me or directly by you.
Brand, content and acquisition
Brand strategy, website, acquisition funnels and CRM. Design of the digital presence your business needs to attract customers predictably — not just to "have a website".
Spaces and experience
Diagnosis of workspaces and client-facing spaces, with a clear playbook of real business needs — especially useful if your project involves renovation, space design or physical client experience.
Funding
Private investment rounds, public grants, other funding sources, competitions and tenders. I help you prepare all the material, score the opportunities, and handle follow-up, negotiation and closing.
People and processes
Diagnosis of your internal processes, your team's structure and the talent you have. Includes a satisfaction pulse-check to find out how your people really feel, catch friction early, and understand what's actually holding the business's growth back.
Not every project ends the same way. Some end with a report and a roadmap that you execute yourself. Others include full implementation. And some continue with ongoing follow-up once the system is running. We decide together based on what your business needs, not on a pre-packaged bundle.

About me
I'm not a theoretical consultant.
I'm Diego Serrano. For 25 years I've founded, scaled and run companies — not observed them from the outside. I founded and was CEO of Broomx Technologies, an immersive-tech and AI SaaS platform operating in 24 countries, which I scaled from zero to over €4M in cumulative revenue. I raised over €3M in funding with Wayra Telefónica and Banco Sabadell, and successfully led its restructuring and acquisition process in 2025.
Before that, I founded and ran SerranoBrothers, a design and innovation studio with 25 years of track record, working for brands such as BMW, LEGO, Nestlé, Adidas and Meliá Hotels.
Today I apply all of that — strategy, technology, design and judgment — to businesses at the point I myself have been at many times: growing without a system, or needing to take the next leap.
