BeDeO is an interior design studio based in Lleida, made up of 18 people. They design and execute residential and commercial projects, with a fast-growing client portfolio.

The starting point

When we started working together, BeDeO was managing around 10 projects in parallel, coordinated manually across the team. Without a shared system, each project owner depended on constant validation and the team's collective memory to know the status of every job. The growth of the client portfolio was beginning to outpace the informal system holding the operation together.
