I founded, scaled and ran an immersive-tech and AI scale-up for 11 years through to its acquisition, with a presence in healthcare centers across more than 20 countries.

The project

Broomx Technologies is an immersive-tech and artificial intelligence SaaS platform, recognized as the creator of the world's first immersive projector. Its MK360 system —patented in the United States, Europe, China, Japan, India and Hong Kong— creates glasses-free shared virtual reality rooms, used in more than 100 healthcare and elderly-care centers, with applications in mental health, geriatrics, neurorehabilitation, pediatrics and palliative care.

The challenge

Starting from zero in a market without its own category yet —immersive technology applied to healthcare— and building product, clinical evidence, an enterprise sales channel and funding at the same time, validating the commercial and clinical models in parallel.

My role — strategy and execution

  • I defined product and market strategy, taking the company from an idea to an operation present in 24 countries in 11 years.
  • I led fundraising: I raised over €3M combining venture capital (Wayra Telefónica, Banco Sabadell BStartup), grants and public funding.
  • I designed and executed the go-to-market and enterprise sales strategy, closing deals with hospitals and reference centers.
  • I led multidisciplinary teams of up to 30 people, including C-level structure.
  • I managed the company's restructuring and acquisition process in 2025, protecting the value built over a decade.
