What data we process
When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, your email and the message you send us.
What we use it for
To reply to your enquiry and, if you allow it when sending the form, to keep you informed about Grooow. We don't use it for anything else.
Legal basis
The consent you give us by submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Who we share it with
We use Brevo, based in the EU, as our email and contact-management provider. It acts as a data processor and only handles your data under our instructions. We don't share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
For as long as there is an ongoing relationship or legitimate interest in keeping in touch, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, delete, object to, or request restriction or portability of your data by writing to info@grooow.es. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you consider it necessary.
